Refund policy

All of the art prints are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, your satisfaction matters. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ThisMomentArtPrints@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We cannot offer refunds for items that were ordered in the wrong size or simply unwanted once received, as each piece is custom printed just for you.
