Welcome to This Moment Art Prints. By placing an order through our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All prints are made to order using high-quality giclée printing on archival paper. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.

2. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Shipping
We work with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur beyond our control (holidays, postal delays, etc.).

4. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content in this store are the property of Patricia Quinn / This Moment Art Prints. Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
